Reliable vendors:

Most parts I have found cheapest and quickest delivery from Ebay.

Vendor Notes
https://www.ebay.com/str/backhoespareparts
https://www.ebay.com/str/allbackhoeparts This is the same seller (Ray) with two stores/seller accounts.
Has parts manuals and can lookup parts by S/N. Very helpful and ships same day usually.
https://www.ebay.com/str/greenglobeexports In India. Has some harder to find parts. Shipping to US is 7-10 days.
They list parts with “make an offer” but rarely will take anything less than asking price.
https://www.ebay.com/str/globalearthmovers In India. Possibly same as greenglobe, but has tons of parts and shipped quickly.

Misc Notes

Most cab trim pieces are attached with flanged button head cap screw/bolts with a T30 torx. They hold water and are mostly all destroyed with rust, requiring to drill them out. Unclear how to easily replace the weld-on nut under the steel floor plate.

Replacing them with allen head now - tentatively M6 x 1.0mm thread x 25mm (JCB p/n is 826/01768)

Tips

Gear Oil for Hubs

For changing hub gear oil, raise entire machine via bucket + outriggers, then rotate wheels where oil drain is at top half.

Get a 5 gallon bucket and bungee straps, and place bucket as in picture:

Untitled

Remove drain plug, then rotate tire so drain/fill hole will drain into bucket. When bucket is getting full, it can stretch the cord - so after the initial deluge of fluid I usually swap buckets or empty the bucket into another.
